Description

Provide inspections and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems for the SC Technical College System (SCTCS) ReadySC Workforce Training Center. Initial HVAC service calls will be handled on a per hour basis. SCTCS will require all parts required at time of repair to be purchased by the awarded contractor. Maintenance and repair services must be provided to SCTCS by the contractor or who must maintain a service facility and/ or station under the same name, or bona fide subsidiary thereof, located within TWO hours driving time to the SC Technical College System (SCTCS) ReadySC Workforce Development Center and Volvo Training Center of the delivery destination.
