Description

The City of Pasco (City), Washington, Department of Public Works - Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Engineering Division is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Firms registered in the State of Washington to provide professional engineering services for performing complete design of a potable water transmission main required as part of the planned distribution system upgrades in the growing northwest area of the City. The Scope of Work will include, but not limited to, the following elements: - Project Management: - Design Services - Environmental Services - Right-of-Way Services - Bidding and Construction Support Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to Brittany Whitfield at whitfieldb@pasco-wa.gov, no less than three working days prior to the time that submittals are due. The City of Pasco, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the ground of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
