Description

The Project consists of: renovations to an existing bathroom on the second level of an existing supervised elderly nursing home. Work will include removal of the existing bathtub and installation of a new shower unit with associated plumbing, accessories, etc. Additionally, a new window unit will be installed to allow for installation of new grab bars within the shower unit. Finally, a new exhaust fan will be installed and vented to the building exterior
