Furnish and install all interior and exterior railings. Includes related welding, grinding, sanding, drill and epoxy, core drilling, and grouting as needed. Includes shimming and other adjustment as needed to accommodate concrete tolerances. Includes engineering as required. Includes touch-up of primer as needed. Includes field measurement for all railings. Provide all embeds, including, but not limited to base plates indicated in detail 10/S4.02. Include related field welded knife plate coordinated with wood framing. Provide all anchor bolts, expansion bolts and other fasteners as required for the installation of Subcontractors work. provide shims, shimming, and erection aids as needed to perform the work. Provide coordination of priming with finish schedule and use of primers compatible with finish paints on steel. Provide galvanizing where required including touch-up of all locations affected by installation. Includes blast cleaning prep and prime painting for manufactured stairs, landings, and rails to receive paint. Include roof access stairs and railing, Include service ladders.
