Highway Mowing - District 5 West

he Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, Department or GDOT) is conducting this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road, as defined in O.C.G.A 32-1-3, as provided for in O.C.G.A 32-2-64 and 32-2-69 to establish a contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Highway Mowing and Maintenance services within District 5 West, as further described in this eRFQ. The intent of this RFQ is to award one (1) contract for the location(s) outlined in Exhibit B, Attachment 3, Centerline Mile Locations and Totals. The services will include furnishing all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform mowing complete, and additional litter removal within the limits of the right of way and easement areas of the interstate and limited access routes, 4 lane divided highways, 4 lane and 2 lane routes, in a safe, effective, and timely manner, as outlined in this eRFQ. PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE: To be eligible to submit a response to this eRFQ, the Bidder must have been identified as a qualified Supplier as a result of eRFQC No. 48400-DOT0002659 titled Highway Mowing - District 5 West.
