Description Construction of a 22'x10' masonry restroom facility, 450 feet of 8" water main, 178 feet of 6' sanitary sewer lead. Project also includes 400 tons of HMA for parking lot and 10' wide Shared Use Path, 4,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 1,260 feet of 60-inch fence, site furniture including benches and tables, site grading, turf restoration, landscaping and other associated work as itemized in the proposal.
