Description

The proposed project will include the reconstruction of intersections to improve pedestrian safety within the roadway as described by NYS PSAP. The project approach will address safety issues to help minimize crash potential at five (5) intersections within the City of Plattsburgh. Improvements to the intersections are to include new or replacement pedestrian signals, construction of curb ramps, crosswalk striping, and upgrades to signal lights and signal control boxes.
