General Cleaning of Parking Garages

Furnishing General Cleaning of Parking Garages, Lot R and T on the Island of Oahu Department of Accounting and General Services, Automotive Management Division. Work shall consist of furnishing General Cleaning of Parking Garage services to the Department of Accounting and General Services - Automotive Management Division, 869-A Punchbowl Street., Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. It shall also consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform all services specified herein. Furnishing General Cleaning of Parking Garages, Lot A and P on the Island of Oahu. Department of Accounting and General Services, Automotive Management Division. Contractor shall enter into a contract for furnishing services for a 12-month period from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. Refer to the General Conditions. Liquidated damages are fixed at the sum of TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) per each and every calendar day per location per violation the Contractor fails to perform in whole or in part any of his obligations specified herein. Liquidated damages, if assessed, may be deducted from any payments due or to become due to the Contractor. The State reserves the right to contact the references to inquire about bidder's past performance.
