| Description | The contractor shall provide certified personnel, transportation, equipment, parts, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to provide annual load bank testing, initial and annual maintenance, transfer switch testing, and repairs for building 238’s emergency generators, controls, and supporting equipment. Supporting equipment shall include the 650 Kilowatt (KW) programmable load bank and associated cooling fan, transfer switch, and interconnecting wiring. This contract will be for one basic year with four option years that may be exercised after the basic year. |
