The initial contract term shall be for one (1) year beginning on March 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022. The City may elect to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional one-year terms under the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure upon the mutual agreement between the Contractor and the City. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools to provide Routine Lawn Care and Maintenance Services for the fifteen (15) required locations. City Hall and Annex - 303 W.
