Residential Property Demolition

1. Demolition and clearance of structures to include footings. 2. Proper abatement, removal and disposal of siding which contains asbestos. Proof of proper disposal is required. 3. Clearance of any debris on property (trash, tires, tree limbs, etc.). 4. Removal of large dead tree at northwest corner of the property and clearance of scrub brush and shrubs on property with specific emphasis on property located within 120’ of the edge of sidewalk (approximately 0.3 acres). Healthy landscaping may remain. 5. Seed and straw all disturbed areas. Lot must be left in a manner in which it can be easily cut and maintained. 6. Contractor shall supply any necessary dirt for fill and grading if needed. 7. Contractor is responsible for all permits including Town of Clover and SCDHEC permits as applicable. 8. Contractor is responsible for identifying location of all utility lines (electric, phone, cable, water/sewer) and properly disconnecting them.
