Description Reconstruction of Irwin Avenue from Finley Road to S. Superior Street, including the replacement of the existing 4" water main crossing S. Superior Street (M-99) with a new 12" water main. Work also consists of installation of construction signs for detour route. Detour route utilizes a portion of M-99. The work for which bids are being requested consists of: pavement removal, water main and a ppurtenances, machine grading, subbase, aggregate bas e, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, ADA sidewalk ramps, HMA paving, pavement markings, permanent signs and slope restoration.
