| Description | The removal and replacement of existing roofing system in its entirety, associated flashing systems and metal cap flashing systems. New perimeter edge flashing and fascia. New cover board with a mechanically attached single-ply membrane roofing system as required. Pedestrian safety barriers and fencing are included in the project scope of work as defined by the contract documents. 1. Remove existing damaged rigid foam roof insulation. Provide and install 2 layers 3" polyisocyanurate roof insulation with staggered joints. Unit of Measurement: Square Foot 2. Provide and install tapered insulation board (1/4" per foot slope).
