Replace Air Handler Cozy Cafe

Replacement of the air handler in the Cozy Cafe located on Shapiro Center's campus 100. E Jeffery Street Kankakee IL. See attached Scope of Work and Mandatory Site Visit Guidelines. Is this a Small Business Set Aside Procurement: No Is there a BEP/VBP Participation Goal : No Replace Air Handler at the Cozy Cafe Contractor to remove and replace existing air handler with new unit of same size. Current unit is a Trane type L-12, serial number k-80643 for reference. New unit to have new steam coil and new DX coil. Existing outdoor dampers to stay. Reuse existing controls for steam valve and chiller solenoid. Contractor to perform all refrigeration work needed to install new DX coil. Steam line will have to be abated from steam coil to the control valve for installation of steam line to new unit. Existing electrical disconnect may be reused. Contractor responsible for any demo work needed to remove old unit and installation of new. Contractor to make all tie-ins to existing duct work. Contractor responsible for removal of all old equipment from site
