Spring and Suspension Parts

The purpose of the Invitation for Bid is to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor(s) to provide spring and suspension parts as specified herein for the Granite School District (GSD) Fleet & Transportation Departments. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Please review all attached bid documents carefully. It is the intent of GSD to award to the overall low bid. Contracts possibly will be awarded for the discount off of parts not listed. All pricing must be guaranteed for one (1) year. Following the guarantee period, any request for price adjustment must be for an equal guarantee period and must be made at least 30 days prior to the effective date. Requests for price adjustment must include sufficient documentation supporting the request. Any adjustment or amendment to the contract will not be effective unless approved by GSD's Director of Purchasing. GSD will be given the immediate benefit of any decrease in the market or allowable discount. Questions concerning this sourcing event must be submitted to the Q & A Board via this electronic bidding system prior to the posted question due date and time period. Answers will be posted in this same manner. This sourcing event will result in a one year contract with (4) one-year renewal options.
