Fort Morgan Road Sewer Improvements - Marina Lift Station and Peninsula Lift Station

This project will consist of the rehabilitation of 2 existing lift stations along Fort Morgan Road. One called the Marina Lift Station near Tacky Jacks, and the other Station called Peninsula (AKA P2) located on Peninsula Blvd. Both Stations will be by-passed, all pumps and hardware removed, the wet well will be cleaned, dried and lined with an approved lining material. Existing valve boxes will be removed, and the valve assemblies will be reconstructed above grade. New hardware including based elbows, guiderails, brackets, hatches, and piping will be replaced with new. New piping within the wet wells and up through the valve assemblies will be stainless steel. Both Stations will require the installation of a new manhole outside of the wet well. Existing pumps and panels will be reused. Approximately 120 linear feet of 12" ductile iron will be removed and replaced. With a contingency for another 150 linear feet with fittings. At least one (1) 12" insert-a-valve will be required with this work. There will be a series of add alternates to be priced as well.
