Industrial Park Phase 2

Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from licensed underground contractors for the I-10 Industrial Park Phase 2 Project. The project is for the construction of a new two-lane roadway with curb and gutter, grading of an existing stormwater pond to finish slopes and depth, installation of a water and sewer system, and installing a new lift station. Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Office in writing at bidinfo@santarosa.fl.gov prior to 12:00 p.m. on July 13, 2022 The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and to award the bid that it determines to be in the best interest of Santa Rosa County.
