Construction Managers must have previous experience with fire station construction projects, preferably working within an occupied fire station. Fire Station # 3 is an existing two story 6,600 sf masonry block building with steel floor & roof trusses. The proposed Scope of Work is for renovations to the existing building and the construction of a two story, 3,000 sf masonry/metal stud addition with elevator.
