Description	SITLA is seeking proposals from qualified environmental professionals for the completion of Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) on all lands included in the proposed land exchange. These lands include 34 separate parcels of BLM lands totaling approximately 89,784 acres that would be acquired by SITLA in the exchange and 142 parcels of SITLA lands totaling 83,610 acres that would be acquired by BLM in the exchange.
