City of Fredericksburg Landfill - Cell 9

The deadline to ask questions is 12/28/2022 4:00 PM CST The City of Fredericksburg Landfill Cell 9 Construction Project generally includes excavation and stockpiling of soil from the Cell 9 liner area, construction of underdrain, grading and compacting liner subgrade, construction of 2' of protective cover soil over geosynthetic liner (installed by others), and construction of leachate collection and header trench The City of Fredericksburg reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in any BID, the OWNER reserves the right to determine which BIDS are the lowest and/or best, and to award the contract on this basis. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bidder's maximum bid price, as described in Section 00100 - Instructions to Bidders. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds as described in Section 00700 - General Conditions. Questions by potential bidders shall be submitted via the after the pre-bid conference and no later than 4:00pm on December 28, 2022 Completion date: 90 Calendar Days
