Assessors Map & Parcel number: 39-074; 39-078 Department of Public Works invites sealed bids for Cassidy Field Parking Improvements work located on 11R Winthrop Street in Medway, MA. The work under this Contract includes Paving, curbing, drainage Infiltration system chambers, tree and Landscaping. Work to be primarily field located and installed according to MassDOT standard roadway construction specs and details latest edition per attached plans/specifications. The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work on or before the date to be specified in written Notice to Proceed of the Town, and to fully complete the project contract work by substantial completion of April 1, 2024. The Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of five hundred dollars, ($500.00) Dollars for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the work is not complete as provided in the contract
