Description	• Perform up to three new product evaluations and up to three reviews of existing products per year as specified by the Department of Transportation. • Evaluate roadway-related construction, roadway safety, signing, pavement markings, winter maintenance materials, technological advancements in materials, etc. • Identify processes for testing materials or procedures and the budget for each process and associated documentation upon completion of testing. • Produce draft specifications for review and possible implementation of final specifications for inclusion in the Department of Transportation publications and/or bulletins. • Identify and test materials and processes in Publication 447, Publication 408, and/or appropriate publications and bulletins for review to ensure that the materials and processes are consistent with current standards based on field evaluations and/or product improvements.
