Bavarian Village Apartments Renovation ** The Bid date has been moved from 6/22/22 to 6/28/22 per addendum #2 ** The work includes the renovation of 24 apartment units in three separate buildings, laundry and office and maintenance facilities. Related site improvements include but are not limited to utilities, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, sidewalks, landscaping and play area. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to "Housing Authority of Chelan County and City of Wenatchee" in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for opening thereof, unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding 120 days. Rejection of Bids: Housing Authority of Chelan County and City of Wenatchee shall have the right to reject any and all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
