Ramsey Heat Plant Baghouse Demolition Project

Question Submission Close Date 3/6/2023 2:00 PM EST Substantial work must be completed no later than 7/14/2023 with final work to be completed no later than 7/28/2023. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: ($200.00) for every day after the date for Substantial Completion until construction is in fact substantially complete. ($100.00) for every day after the date for Final Completion until construction is in fact finally complete. Submit via Q&A Board within this electronic solicitation event. Bid bonds are due with upload of official proposal; payment and performance bonds are required. **Please note if an addendum is issued after you have submitted your bid, you must go back into the system to acknowledge the addendum and resubmit your bid** Project Description and Information: This invitation is for the demolition of the "bag house" at the Whalin Complex as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the demolition of the abatement/demolition of the building. Details are attached under the "Buyer Attachments" section of this event, however, additional specifications and information may be provided at the pre bid meeting. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award.
