Description

Estimated construction budget ranges between $250,000 to $400,000. Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Construct Welding Lab at New Kent Site at Rappahannock Community College, Project Code # L22RC117, located in New Kent, Virginia. The project is generally described as the renovation of the lower level of a two-story building into three lab type classrooms, with corridors, storage areas, and toilets. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required (form CO-10.2) and Contract Security is required for any bid regardless of bid amount. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids.
