This Request for Proposal (RFP) is Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted); NAICS 236220 "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction" w ith a size standard of $39,500,000.00. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Betw een $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This is a Firm-Fixed Price Tw o (2) Phase Design-Build Construction Contract utilizing the Best Value Trade-Off Process. Contractors are requested to review requirements and instructions for a Tw o (2) Phase Design-Build selection in response to this RFP. This is Phase I of the Solicitation phase.
