Waukesha County Expo Arena Mechanical Upgrades

The Work under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, and related items to complete the mechanical and electrical system upgrades at the Waukesha County Exposition Center Arena Building. This project will replace the existing heating and air conditioning equipment that serves the main Arena area with a new automated energy efficient system. Components in this contract include, but are not limited to: a. Removal of all existing equipment identified within the construction documents. b. Procurement of all equipment identified within the construction documents c. Furnishing and installation of a hot water boiler plant, installed in a variable primary configuration d. Furnishing and installation of two (2) hot water/DX indoor air handling units and associated roof mounted air cooled condensing units for the main Arena. e. Furnishing and installation of a hot water/DX blower coil and associated remote mounted air cooled condensing unit for each of three (3) meeting rooms. f. Furnishing and installation of a hot water/DX fan coil and associated remote condensing unit for (2) office spaces and a storage room. g. Furnishing and installation of two (2) gas fired unit heaters serving the loading docks. h. Furnishing and installation of hot water cabinet unit heaters in all vestibules and restrooms i. Furnishing and installation of all ductwork, hot water piping and refrigerant piping as identified within the construction documents. j. Complete facility water and air test and balance. k. Furnishing and installation of a domestic water softener and (2) hose bib connections. l. Structural supports and modifications to existing building to allow for installation, operation and maintenance of new equipment as identified within the construction documents. m. Electrical upgrades and connection to support equipment, systems and network as identified within the construction documents. n. Incorporation and integration into the existing Waukesha County BAS as identified within the construction documents.
