Extend a 16” DI waterline approximately 3.5 miles to connect the County’s existing public water supply to a new Delivery Point at the City of Suffolk/Isle of Wight County line. Contractor shall provide all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, and other ancillary items.
