RFQ Construction Manager at-Risk - GYPSUM Creek Slope Stabilization Project

The North Central Iowa Regional Solid Waste Agency (NCIRSWA) intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for construction of a slope stability project at the NCIRSWA Sanitary Landfill, 2240 Gypsum Hollow Road, Fort Dodge, IA 50501. Owner will receive Statements of Qualifications demonstrating the Proposer's qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the Project by email sent to Doug Luzbetak, HLW Engineering, at dluzbetak@hlwengineering.com until June 16, 2023, at 1:00 PM local time. After that time, Owner will no longer accept Statements of Qualifications. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications. The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work: o Construction of a row of drilled shafts, along an approximate 500-ft long remediation area o Drilled shafts could vary in diameter from 3 to 6 feet, vary in length from 40 to 80 feet, and be spaced in the range of 6 to 12 feet apart o Drilled shafts are anticipated to embed into shale bedrock by 20 to 40 feet Owner anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $3,000,000 to $5,000,000. The CMAR Contract has an expected start date August 30, 2023, with project completion anticipated by June 30, 2024
