Description

Repair Fire Sprinkler System in Middletown, CT/West Hartford, CT: contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work, which consists of but is not limited to repair the fire sprinkler systems at (CT019) MG MAURICE ROSE AFRC and (CT011) BERRY-ROSENBLATT AFRC. Work shall consist of cleaning and testing Water Motor Gongs and replacing damaged sections of pipe/fittings on the sprinkler pipes. Water Motor Gong doesn't work when trying to reset panel pressure switch, would not clear on storage system until contractor loosened the union to relieve pressure so system would reset. Work shall also include the replacement of approximately 40 sprinkler heads in the main building at Middletown.
