Nucla Community Center HVAC Improvement Project

The construction site will be the Nucla Community Center, 1045 Main Street, Nucla, CO 81424. The Work for which the bids are requested includes the following: 1. Removal and disposal of the existing furnaces (2 units) and associated ductwork serving the building. 2. Removal and disposal of the existing kitchen exhaust hood, exhaust ductwork and exhaust fan. 3. Installation of a new kitchen exhaust hood, exhaust fan, gas ired make-up air unit and all associated ductwork and air devices. 4. Installation of roof curbs as required to accommodate the new kitchen hood exhaust fan and outside air and relief air vents. 5. Installation of a new furnace and associated ductwork and air devices to serve the west interior of the building. 6. Coordination with electrical and plumbing Contractors (hired by the Town of Nucla) as required to make system fully operational.
