Stevens Drive Road Replacement

The removal and replacement of a 50' X 12' section of Stevens Drive The scope of work is as follows. Remove and dispose of approximately 50 linear feet of concrete roadway. Remove and dispose of the existing trench drain at base of hill. Install 6" aggregate base course. Install 50' of 6" diameter perforated drain pipe down the center of the roadway to be daylighted into the ditch at base of hill. Form and place 6" thickness WVDOH Class K concrete (4000psi in 3 days), reinforced with hard fiber. Install 12" wide trench drain at base of hill. Drain can be prefab or site built. Install galvanized grating over trench using Class E load rated grate. Install rolled concrete curb to match existing curb. Install expansion joints between pours and seal all joints with caulk. Winning bidder shall be responsible for all labor and materials to complete the project as detailed.
