UMC Lakeland Medical Building Sound Booth Relocation and Renovations

Work consists of renovations to the 4th level of the ummc lakeland medical building in jackson, mississippi. rooms included in renovations are 405,406,407, and 410. architectural renovations include the relocation of some existing millwork, relocation of sound booth system from another facility, and finish updates consisting of new flooring , new paint, new millwork, and sink in new exam room. demolition and repairs will be made at the ummc grants ferry university physicians building for the removal of the existing soundbooth that will be relocated to the lakeland medical building. electrical changes include electrical rerouting to new millwork and equipment in room 406 and coordination of existing electrical with relocated sound booth requirements. plumbing changes include adding new sink in room 406.
