2022 Road Paving

**As of July 22, 2022, project was awarded to Wayco Inc, awarded amount is $70,762 ( $70,761.94. ) ** 5" Depth Base repair on various roads located in the Township, 3,489 SY of 5" Depth Base Repair All materials must meet current PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. The Palmyra Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township. Contract contains an Escalator Clause for quantities of bituminous material of less than 100 tons of asphalt cement. PA Prevailing Wages Apply to contracts in excess of $100,000.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
