FY 21 Sanitary and Stormwater Sewer Rehabilitation

This Project will rehabilitate existing sanitary sewers, manholes and service laterals throughout the Owner’s service area. In addition, the project will be used to repair defective storm sewers and catch basins. This Contract will be primarily used to repair sewer system defects that are allowing substantial rainwater and ground water (inflow and infiltration) into the sewer system. In addition, this Contract will focus on the repair of significant structural defects (storm and sanitary sewers) that are causing re-occurring maintenance issues. Work may include point repairs to existing manholes and sewers (storm and sanitary) to repair specific defects, installing new sewers and manholes to replace existing sewers and manholes, installation of cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) in storm and sanitary sewers, other miscellaneous manhole rehabilitation work.
