| Description | The Riley County Public Works Department is receiving bids for Corrugated Metal Pipe and Bands, for the 2023 maintenance and construction season. Bids for Corrugated Metal Pipe and Bands shall include unit price, net amount, total bid price, and estimated delivery date. Contracts for work hereunder will obligate the contractors and subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices. Proposing party must submit with their proposal a signed AA/EEO Certification as per K.S.A. 44 1031. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of 30 days after the bids are opened. Any bidder may withdraw his proposal by personal, telegraphic or written request at any time prior to the time scheduled for receiving bids |
