Description

Scope of Work: 1. Site Preparation & Demolition: Work shall include removal of the existing South and West rock walls, as described in plans and specifications. 2. Pavements and Hardscape Improvements: Work shall include the installation of 1 Futsal court and 1 Futsal/Roller Derby court, exercise course with rubber surface, concrete sidewalks pedestrian walkways to connect with existing park, bike rack, double bay swing, restrooms, metal canopies, picnic tables, benches, trash receptacles, pet waste bag dispensers, park lighting and parking area in the new area, as described in plans and specifications. 3. Landscape and Irrigation Improvements: Work will include the installation of new green sod area, screening area, trees, shrubs, irrigation system, landscaping and park amenities on new park area, as described in plans and specifications. The irrigation improvements will connect to the existing irrigation system mainline in Liz Morayma Gonzalez Park.
