District Wide Clock Replacements

1. The digital clocks to be furnished, installed, programmed are by American Time, American-time.com. The (2) models are PGE441RSEB, single faced, wall mounted, wired, POE, 4”-4 digit RED, with buzzer and PGE442RWEB, double faced, wall mounted, wired, POE, 4”-4 digit RED, with buzzer. 2. Ethernet cabling installation shall comply with ANSI/TIA-568-C using T568B pin assignments on patch panel terminations and modular connectors. All installed CAT 6 UTP cable is to be ‘Orange’ with matching ‘Orange’ stranded CAT6 patch cables. Cable management and identification labeling required on all cabling and patch cables. Upon completion of the Ethernet cabling, an updated floor plan shall be provided to the school district indicating information such as clock #, cable#, and patch panel port#. The school districts’ IT department shall be responsible for making all connections to the data switches. The school district shall be responsible for suppling, adding or replacing any data switches, or POE injectors and providing un-interruptible power source (UPS). 3. The successful bidder shall provide a 3-year warranty on all products and installation services, free from defects. All digital clocks shall be initially programmed as required by the manufacture and have the most recent firmware offered at the time of installation. Interfacing digital clocks to the existing A-T AllSync IQ system will be by others.
