Roof Repair Services - Hampton Roads District

The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to remove and replace the existing roof, fascia, soffit, siding, rakes, gables, sliding door and paint all exterior paintable surfaces at the Franklin Area Headquarters Timekeeper's Office, Windsor Chemical Building, Skiffs Creek Chemical Building, Williamsburg Area Headquarters Chemical Building, Pine Chapel Area Headquarters, Pine Chapel Equipment Shop, and Pine Chapel Gas House. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From Date of Award to be completed within 120 Calendar Days of Award (Non-renewable) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Marlene Carter at Marlene.Carter@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on October 6, 2020.
