| Description | Details are as follows: 1. Prep and paint all of Superior 1 Courtroom, Jury Room 1, Jury Room 2, Hallway and top of stairwell to match existing colors. 2. Repair hole in ceiling in Judges Chambers and paint ceilings within. 3. Repair any damaged areas as needed. Walls are to be smooth and clean. 4. Any damage associated with this project is the contractor's responsibility. 5. Moving of all materials, equipment and all cleaning are to be handled by the contractor. 6. MSDS and SDS must be submitted to County prior to any work being performed. 7. Materials/paint is to be applied evenly by brush or roller without runs, drips, air bubbles or other defects. | ||
