| Description | This project is for the replacement of the existing roofing at the UCCS Kramer Family Library & El Pomar Center building. The existing roofing area consists of multiple areas and is approximately 62,966 sf. Scope of Services The UCCS University roofing standards will be utilized as a basis of design, including a 15-year roofing warranty (20 year as an add alternate). The partial removal of the existing lightning protection system and new certified design & reinstallation of the replacement lightning protection system is included within the scope of work.
