Remove all brush, rocks, and ground cover in target area described in Exhibit A. 2. Grade approximately 129,000 SF to level as described in Exhibit A. 3. Remove and properly dispose of all debris. 4. Remove approximately 75 to 100 ft. of Horse fence. 5. Survey are to establish positive drainage and alignment. 6. Process subgrade and proof roll to prep for Caliche Base. |
