Description

SSA requires replacement and repair of various parts of critical mechanical equipment used within the building to ensure continued operation. SSA also requires creation of a bypass loop on a condenser line to allow for routine maintenance of the system without requiring a system shut down. The period of performance is one year from the date of contract award.
