| Description | Electrical Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, bonds and services necessary to complete all work. The Contract Documents include the Contract, Specifications and Drawings. The work includes but is not limited a precast parking garage structure having a bus terminal at grade level and three supported levels of parking above for approximately 425 spaces. The parking garage will have a stair and elevator tower with 2 elevator cabs, a secondary stair tower and pedestrian bridge link at the 2nd tier of the garage to the existing 69th Street Terminal Building. The contract duration is seven hundred twenty (720) calendar days from the notice-to-proceed date. |
