New pavilion framed of light gage metal studs with glue-laminated timber columns, decking and trusses. Main interior walls constructed of concrete masonry units. Exterior materials include cement board siding, asphalt shingles and stone fireplace and accents. All site work and utilities included with scope of work. Scope of work includes a new nature pavilion, containing restrooms and showers, offices, classroom and kitchen facilities to assist in teaching about the natural environment. Building will be framed of light gage metal studs with glue-laminated timber columns, decking and trusses. Main interior walls will be constructed of concrete masonry units. Exterior materials include cement board siding, asphalt shingles and stone fireplace and accents. Mechanical system will consist of attic mounted electric air handling units / heat pumps with electric unit heaters. Kitchen equipment will be a combination of electric and gas, with propane being supplied by a tank located on-site. All site grading will be performed under this contract. substantially completed within 240 Calendar days
