TT30-FM Traffic Spike System or Equal

This solicitation is for a TT30-FM or equal system along with installation in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Evaluation Factors: The award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be deemed Technically Acceptable you must meet all criteria within the Statement of Work and provide a specifications sheet for the specific Tire Shredder system that will be installed. An Optional will take place on 15 September 2023 at 9:00AM CST at Dyess Air Force Bases Arnold Gate. All contractors will meet at the Visitor Control Center at 9:00AM CST. You must RSVP to SrA Craig by 11:00AM CST on 14 September 2023. Disclaimer: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
