General Contractor Services for Renovations at Mill Creek Hall into Esports Arena

Base Bid: The project is a renovation of two existing classrooms to meet our needs for an Esports Arena. The scope includes, but is not limited to, demolition and rebuild of drywall assemblies with new doors, frames and hardware, exterior window demolition with wall infill and new exterior siding, new paint throughout the space, new production and installation of millwork, rework of mechanical and electrical systems. The base bid should include reuse, storage and/or protection during construction of existing ceiling tile, ceiling grid, light fixtures, and carpet. The General Contractor should notify the owner of existing light fixtures, mechanical grilles and ceiling tiles that were not used for the project and are deemed to be in good working condition. Owner may elect to keep specific items for attic stock. Alternate Bids: Alternate bids include replacing the existing ceiling tiles, ceiling grid, light fixtures and carpet with alternate specifications as noted in the drawings by Arkitex Studio. Upon demolition, the General Contractor should notify the owner of existing light fixtures, mechanical grilles, and ceiling tiles that are deemed to be in good working condition. Owner may elect to keep specific items for attic stock.
