The project includes maintaining and enhancing recreational water access for the public through identified activities in the Garison Park Master Plan. Phase I of the project includes: site parking; waterfront access including kayak/canoe launch, fishing, and swimming; trails; landscaping; and other site amenities including on and off-site utilities and infrastructure.
