Description

The project is generally described as an interior renovation of the (2) existing restrooms within building, and the addition of (1) gender neutral, ADA accessible restroom. This solicitation will also include (1) additive bid item; The scope of work associated with the break room. This Renovation includes the demolition of plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, lighting, toilet partitions, tile, cabinets, shelving, etc. as shown in the project drawings. New items to be installed include but are not limited to: plumbing fixtures, partitions, floor and wall tile, lighting, HVAC components and new finishes.
