Sunset Streetscape Improvements

Project generally consists of street and utility improvements from Main Street to Valley Boulevard (HWY. 321). Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing surfaces, asphalt paving, milling, overlay of asphalt, concrete drive aprons, sidewalk, installation of decorative pavers, traffic striping, storm drainage, erosion control, approximately 1,440 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch water line replacements, valves, hydrants, fittings, water service reconnections, and related appurtenances, and approximately 1,180 linear feet of 8-inch sewer line replacements, manholes, sewer service reconnections, and related appurtenances. The alternate bids includes approximately 670 linear feet of 6-inch water lines, valves, hydrants, fittings, 450 linear feet of 12-inch sewer lines, manholes, all related appurtenances, and stamped concrete crosswalks.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
